- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must not fall under non-returnable categories, which include:
- Innerwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Customized or personalized products
Items failing to meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Once your request is reviewed, our team will share the return shipping address and further instructions.
- You are responsible for safely packaging the product for return.
Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- In case of online payment reversal delays, please contact your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We allow product exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item received
