- Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time.
- We use trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).
- Orders below this amount may incur a nominal shipping charge between ₹49 and ₹99, depending on location and weight.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
- You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or through your account on our platform.
If tracking information is not updated within 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India. If this changes, the updated policy will be published on our website.
